  DOWNER, Norma Fay Patricia 1942 - 2013. Passed away peacefully, on Monday, April 1, 2013. Beloved wife of Lynton of 49 years. Missed by beloved son Nigel and step-son Tony and his family (England). Her only sister Yvonne Moore and children (England). Sisters-in-law Gloria (husband, Junior) and their children and grandchildren (USA), Sylvia and son. Brothers-in-law Tim (wife, Norma) and their children and grandchildren, Delroy (wife, Rachel) and their children and grandchildren (Jamaica), Dermot and his children and grandchildren (Jamaica). Norma is very grateful for the many visits and phone calls from her nephews and nieces-in-laws. Norma was predeceased by her son Leon and parents Edward and Icy Anderson. Norma worked at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, for thirty-six and a half years and after semi-retirement, she volunteered with the Canadian Cancer Society at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, for over 9 years. Special thanks to Medical Day Care and the C.C.A.C. Norma was also an avid gardener and volunteered with the Hespeler Horticultural Society, helping beautify the neighbourhood. She also had a passion for cooking. But her real passion was serving her God, Jehovah, sharing the message about God's Kingdom in her community. Cremation has taken place.
