    • GOOD, Olive Lucille - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Sunday October 19, 2008, at her residence, Nithview Home, New Hamburg. Olive was formerly of RR 2, New Hamburg. She was born in Preston 90 years ago, a daughter of the late Norman and Ida (Hagey) Groh. Olive was a member of Wilmot Mennonite Church, New Hamburg where she was a long-time member of the W.M.S.C. She had been a School Teacher at Pinehill and Galt, supply taught in Wilmot Township Schools for many years and was a member of the Haysville Women's Institute. Beloved wife of the late Oliver Good who predeceased her March 1, 2004. Loving mother of Eleanor Good of London, and Richard and Cheri Weber Good of New Hamburg. Sadly missed by her grandchildren, Benjamin and Amy-Susanna. Lovingly remembered by sisters, Eileen Merritt of Grimsby and Mildred Nigh of Port Colborne and by sisters-in-law, Isabel Groh of Elmira, Doris Good of Waterloo and brother-in-law, Ken (Noreen) Spencer of Saskatchewan. Also remembered by a number of nieces and nephews. Olive was predeceased by siblings, Marion (Fred) Kelly, Nelson Groh, Isabel Spencer, Elwood Groh and by brothers-in-law, Daniel Merritt, Harold Nigh and a number of Good brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home , 291 Huron St., New Hamburg on Tuesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at Wilmot Mennonite Church, 2995 Bleams Rd., New Hamburg at 2: 30 p.m. with Pastor David Rogalsky officiating. Burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Nithview Home or Mennonite Central Committee.
