  MADDOCK Mrs. Phyllis Ada Passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, on Sunday, December 4th, 1988. Phyllis Eaton of 22 Dumfries Street, in her 76th year. Beloved wife of William Maddock and dear mother of Keith of Toronto, Faye Maddock and her husband Wayne Henderson of Minden and dear grandmother of Emily and Jamie. Mrs. Maddock, was born in Galt, on September 14th., 1913 and was a member of Wesley United Church and a member of the U.C.W. and Wesley Choir. Resting at Coutts and Son Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, where the family will receive friends today, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral and committal services will be held at Wesley United Church, on Tuesday, December 6th., at 2: 00 p.m. Interment Mount View Cemetery.
