  BRANDSMA, THOMAS Suddenly, at the Galt Hospital on Monday afternoon, September 9, 1929, in his 37th (or 38th - differing reports) year. Mr. Brandsma was a native of Zurich, Holland and had been in Canada about two or three years. He was employed at the Glen Christie lime kilns. Survived by his wife and two daughters, Sytske and Anna, one aged 12 years and the other 2 months and an aged father, three brothers and three sisters in Holland. Funeral from Allen and Ray's Undertaking Parlours in Galt on Sept. 10 at 2: 30, conducted by Rev. H. R. Frey, to Warmer's Cemetery. Pallbearers: John Voutres, B. Bushman, A. Neubauer, Ed Gordier, Harry Ehrhardt and Donald Currie.
