  MANN, VERDA BELLE (Nee Telfer) At her residence, 7 Rich Ave. in Galt, early on Thursday morning, July 10, 1969, following a long illness, formerly of Morriston, in her 71st year. Wife of Charles L. Mann. Mother of Helene (Mrs. Gavin Gotby) of Galt; Clayton of BC; Arnold of St. Mary’s; Harold of Kitchener; Walter and Gordon of Galt. Sister of Mrs. Fred Krouse of Fergus. Also survived by sixteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Born at Morriston, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Telfer. She had been a resident of Galt for twenty-seven years. Mrs. Mann was an adherent of Lincoln Avenue United Church. Funeral service conducted by F. E. Rice of St. John’s United Church, Galt at Little’s Funeral Home, 39 Galt Ave. North in Galt on Sat., July 12, at 1: 30. Interment at Crown Cemetery, Morriston. Rev. William Boyd of Morriston United Church conducted. Mrs. Mann, a resident of Galt for twenty-seven years, died after a long illness. Pallbearers: Arnold, Walter, Gordon and Harold Mann, all sons; Gavin Gotby, son-in-law; and Fred Krouse, a nephew.
