  DAY, Verna I. On Sunday, July 17, 2005, at her residence. St. Luke's Place, in her 94th year. Loving daughter of the late John and Ruby Day. Dear sister of Gladys Hahn, also survived by her brother-in-law, Clare Langston, both of Cambridge. Prececeased by the late Robert Day, Frank Day. Laurena Langston, Gerald Day. Sadly missed by her 11 nephews and nieces and their families. Miss Day was a long time school teacher, having taught many years at Preston Public Schools, in Cambridge and was a member of St. Paul's United Church. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge on Tuesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Ser-vice will he conducted at the Barthel Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 20, 2005, at 1 p.m., with Andre Tieman officiating.
