• Notes

  Original owner was John & Isabella Moffat and was originally was a residence. It is a two story brick building and in 1978 was listed as in very good condition. It was built with the influence of Second Empire design on local architecture.  It was a Mansard roof with heavy windowheads.  At one time it was the rectory of the Zion United Church which was next door.
