  WILLARD "BILL" MOORE SCHREITER 1921-2006 Passed away, peacefully surrounded by the love of his family, at the KW Health Centre of the Grand River Hospital at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband of Anne Louise (Kuntz), with whom he shared 55 years of marriage. Dear father of Willard Schreiter and his wife Evie and their children Mark, Erin, John and Keri Schreiter, John and Lori MacMillan, Susan, and Christopher Young, Marty and his partner Kevin McKechnie and Marty's son Ryan and Sean Schreiter, Karen Flynn and her husband Larry and their children Chelsea and Kyle McCormick and Lincoln and Conner Flynn, Paul Schreiter and his wife Eva and their children Courtney and Michael Gillson, Jeffrey Schreiter and his wife Sue-Ellen and their children Cullen, Fiona and Allison Schreiter, Mary Anne Schreiter, David Schreiter and his children Michaela and Liam Schreiter and Jamie Schreiter and his wife Linda and their children Luke and Angela Schreiter. He will also be remembered by his sister, Beverly Schreiter. He was predeceased by his parents, Mabel (Moore) and Herbert Schreiter and brother, Jack Schreiter. Bill retired as President of Schreiter Furniture in 2005. He enjoyed a long career in downtown Kitchener as the 3rd generation owner of Schreiter Furniture which was established in 1892. Friends are invited to share their memories of Bill with his family in the Historic Kuntz House of the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where a prayer service will be held at 8: 45 p.m. lead by Father Clarence Hauser CR. The funeral service to celebrate Bill's life will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, at the corner of Weber and Queen Streets in Kitchener on Saturday March 11, 2006 at 11 a.m. Rev. Dr. Vern Tozer officiating. Following cremation, interment to follow in Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener. Following the funeral service, friends and relatives are invited to the Iona Hall for refreshments and a time to visit with the family. In memory of Bill, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy and can be arranged through the funeral home.
