  W. A. (Allie) Scott Passes - A life-long Blenheim Township resident William Alexander (Allie) Scott of RR 2, Drumbo, passed away at Willett Hospital, Paris, on Tuesday, July 1st. He was 80. A son of the late William A. Scott and Elizabeth McLeur, Mr. Scott was born and lived all his life on the Scott farm, townline. He was a retired farmer and member of Knox United Church, Ayr. Surviving are his wife, the former Laura Smith; a daughter Mrs. Frederick (Muriel) Struckett of London; two sons William A. of RR 2 Drumbo and Donald of Ridgewood, New Jersey; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Predeceased by two sisters, Mrs. Fred (Mammie) Kennedy and Miss Lloy Scott. Resting at Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, Paris, today (Thurs.), afternoon and evening. Funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home by Rev. D. E. Willis of Ayr at 2 p.m. Friday. Interment in Ayr Cemetery. The Ayr News Jul 3 1980 pg 4
