  William W. White Passes A life-long Ayr district resident, William Walker White, Cooper Street, Ayr, passed away suddenly at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, on Saturday. He was in his 78th year. A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles White, he was born near Roseville. He farmed in the Roseville district and on the 7th Concession of Blenheim before moving to Ayr in 1951. For several years, he conducted a general carpentry business here. Surviving besides his wife, the former Hazel Hinrich, are two sons, Ernest of Ayr and George of Paris; a sister, Mrs. William Robb, RR 1, Ayr; also six grandchildren, Funeral service was conducted Tuesday afternoon from the William Kipp Funeral Home, Paris. Rev. Robert Birtch officiated. Intermerit in Ayr Cemetery. Pallbearers were William Page, James Patterson, Leroy McMillan, Larry Lewis, Wallace Gillespie and Fred Seegmiller.
