    • BOULTER, Douglas

At Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Saturday, April 28, 2001, at the age of 95. Beloved husband of the late Sybil (1986). Cherished father of Beverley Bowen (Edward) of Cambridge. Much loved grandfather of Linda Beswick (Al) of Mildmay, Deborah Sandilands of Cambridge, Richard Boulter (Ingrid) of London and Trudie Blanchard (Brad) of Chatham; special great-grandfather of Jennifer Beswick (Craig), Lauri Hadley (John) and Andrew Beswick (Michelle), all of Cambridge and Brendan and Trevor Blanchard of Chatham. Fondly remembered by his great-great-grandchildren, Matthew Wilson and Emily Hadley, both of Cambridge. Survived by his sister, Iola Sherwood of Florida and predeceased by bother, Harold and sisters, Myrtle McLelIan, Isobel Crookshank and Selina Cunningham. Also predeceased by son, Dale and daughter-in-law, Gladys Boulter of London. Doug was born in Milby, Quebec, in 1906. In his life he was a farmer, logger and game warden. He moved to Ontario in 1949 and worked, until he retired at Babcock and Wilcox as a crane operator. In retirement, Doug drove for the Cancer Society and worked as a crossing guard. His love of people and zest for life touched so many of us. He really lived every day to the fullest. Friends will be received at Coutts & Son Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews St., Cambridge, today (Monday), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at St. Thomas Anglican Church, Cambridge, on Tuesday, May 1, 2001, at 2 p.m., with Rev. Donald Davidson officiating. Interment to follow in Mount View Cemetery.
