  Richard passed away suddenly. Survived by his wife Kathleen Johnson-Mattka. Father of Richard (Melissa) Mattka, and Angela (Matt) Maziarz. Grandfather of Jocelyn and Gabriel Mattka. Brother of Sheryl (Will) Beisel, Daniel (Janet) Mattka, Victoria Vernon and Jennifer Mattka. Missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Bill and Muriel Mattka. Richard was a special son-in-law to Edith Fry and will also be missed by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. A celebration of Richard's life, for family and friends was held Sunday, February 24, 2013 from 2:00 - 2:30 p.m. A reception followed until 4 p.m. at the Freelton Lion's Villa, 390 Freelton Rd., Freelton. Cremation had taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Ontario Cremation Services (519) 772-1237. Your memory will be forever in our hearts.
