  HASTIE, Betty (nee Shorey)\emdash Passed away on Thursday December 28, 1995 at the Cambridge Country Manor in her 77th year. Predeceased by her husband William (Bill) Hastie in 1973, sisters Mildred and Irene and brother Maxwell. Survived by her daughter Beryl and her husband Bruce Taylor, grandchildren L & Kevin of Cambridge, a twin sister Jean Orser of Kempville. Past Secretary of the South Waterloo District Boy Scouts of Canada and a former member of the Galt Little Theatre. Funeral Services will be conducted from the Chapel of LITTLE'S FUNERAL HOME, 223 Main Street East, Cambridge on Thursday January 4, 1996 at 2: 00 p.m. Friends will be received at the Funeral Home, Thursday one hour prior to service time. Interment Gananoque Cemetery. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society, Unit 145, 1315 Bishop Street, Cambridge N1R 6Z2 or the Wesley United Church - Restoration Fund, 6 Cambridge Street, Cambridge N1R 3R6 would be appreciated by the family.
