In Memory of Wanda Helena Snider (Lipnicki), 1924 - 2016 -

Passed away peacefully, on Monday, October 3, 2016 at Lanark Heights Long Term Care at the age of 91. Beloved wife of Cameron for 73 years.

Loving mother of Judy Stewart, Ken (Linda), Cheryl (Richard), Robert (Elvira) and Raymond (Dawn).

Grandmother of Angela (Marie), Orisha (Darren), Rob (Lisa), Brittny (Brad), Rebecca (Mitch), and nine great-grandchildren.
Dear sister of Frank Lipnicki (Marjorie) and Kris Provias (Peter).

Predeceased by her parents Stanley and Mary Lipnicki and brothers Stanley, Peter and Ted and her sister Mary.

After staying at home with her children for many years Wanda went to work with Mutual Life and retired after 15 years of service. Wanda and Cameron enjoyed 25 years at their winter home in Estero, Florida.

Wanda's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00-3:15 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2016 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener. The memorial service will take place at 3:30 p.m. Friday in the chapel of the funeral home, followed by a reception.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Grand River Regional Cancer Society or the Alzheimer Society of K-W would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).

LIPNICKI, Mrs. Mary Jane - On Friday, September 2, 1977, at the Elmira Nursing Home. Mary Jane Wawryk, wife of the late Stanley Lipnicki. Dear mother of Frank and Ted, both of West Montrose. Mrs. Peter (Kris) Provias of Oakville, Mrs. Cam (Wanda) Snider of Waterloo, Mrs. Don (Mary) Mortimer of Route 3, Listowel. Eighteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive. Two sons, Stanley and Peter, and one brother, Michael, predeceased her. The body rested at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S, Elmira. Funeral service was in the chapel on Saturday, September 3. Interment followed in the Elmira cemetery.
