A-1-104 Anne Elson Letters of Administration with will annexed of the estate of Anne Elson, late of the town of Galt, widow, deceased to Morris C. Lutz, Founder, on him giving proof that the said Anne Elson died on or about the ninth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty six on him giving bonds and security for the due administration of such estate himself and two securities in the persons of James Kay of the town of Galt, Carriage-Maker and John Bartons of the same place Cabinet Maker, each in the sum of two hundred pounds. The said deceased having appointed Joseph Bitterman Spragge as sole Executor as aforesaid and appointing under this will Eliza F. Spragge Executrix and J.G. Spragge and William Spragge Executors

Last Will and Testament of Anne Elson of the Village of Galt, widow. I, Anne Elson do hereby divide unto my daughter Mary Elson and to her heirs and assigns all the real estate of whatever kind or nature I may be possessed of for her self absolutely. I further give and bequeath to my said daughter Mary Elson all my personal property of whatever kind and nature for herself absolutely. I appoint my friends Joseph Bitterman Spragge, Esquire, Executor of this my last will and testament…
