PATTENGALE, Susie (nee Foss) - Peacefully entered into rest at the Sunnyside Home, Kitchener, on August 17, 2009, in her 89th year. She leaves behind a dedicated husband, Gordon of over 50 years. Lovingly remembered by son, Doug; daughter, Debbie Hollinger; son-in-law, Tim Hollinger; and daughter-in-law, Nancy Pattengale. Her memory will live on through her grandchildren, Heather, Jodie, Vicki and Jeff. Susie is survived by sisters, Anne and Sophie; and brother, Herb. She will be missed by many relatives and friends. Susie was born in Rose Blanche, Newfoundland and moved to Hespeler as a child. She went on to serve her country overseas in the Air Force in the Second World War. Afterward she settled in Galt to raise her family. Visitation will be held at the T. Little Funeral Home , 223 Main Street, on Friday, August 21, 2009 from 1-3 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, August 21, 2009 at 3 p.m. In keeping with Susie's wishes cremation will take place.
