    SCOTT, John Douglas (Scotty) - Peacefully at home with family by his side, on Thursday, March 6, 2003, in his 70th year. Leaves to mourn his wife, Murial. Father of Susan (Art) Bolduc of Elmira, Sandra (Bob) Esplen of Owen Sound, Cindy (Nigel) Higenbottom of Calgary; grandfather of Tricia (Ken) Fulcher of Elmira, Travis of Elmira, Miranda (Rob) Edye of Red Deer, Alberta, Philip of London and Melissa of Ottawa; great-grandfather of Jacob and Owen Fulcher of Elmira. Survived by his sister Marilyn (Doll) Lumley of Owen Sound and aunt Marion Griffin of Owen Sound. Predeceased by his parents, Mildred and Beaton Scott, step-father Jack Brown, daughter Pamela Britney (1897), brother-in-law Richard (Dick) Lumley. Scotty was a salesman for Dare Foods Ltd. of Kitchener for 26 Years. As per Scotty's request, there will be no funeral home visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place. In his memory donations to Salvation Army, A.R. Goudie Eventide Home would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy. A special thanks to Dr. G. Jones; nurses, Jayne, Heather, Mia and Molly. "Scotty was his name … Cookies were his game."
