    MARTIN.--Albert Martin was born June 22, 1880; died Sept. 3, 1930; aged 50 y. 2 m. 11 d. On April 15, 1908, he was married to Susanna Musser. To this union were born four children (Edgar, Delton, Vietta, and Mabel). Bro. Martin had a paralytic stroke over a year ago, from which he never fully recovered. He lost his speech was almost entirely. He was able to be up and around until just before he died, which was very sudden, almost before he could be taken in the house. He was a faithful member of the Floradale, Ont., Mennonite Church. The family needs our prayers and sympathy. Bros. Abram Gingerich and Moses Brubacher had charge of the services.

    Martin, Susanna, daughter of the late Henry and Barbara (Witzel) Musser, died after a short illness on Oct. 2, 1957, at the home of her daughter (Mrs. Clayton Bauman); aged 74 y. 11 m. 2 d. On April 15, 1908, she was united in marriage to Albert Martin. She was a faithful member of the Floradale Church, but attended the Elmira Church, because she lived with her daughter. She is survived by 2 sons (Edgar and Delton both of Elmira, Ont.), 2 daughters (Vietta-Mrs. Clayton Bauman, West Montrose, Ont.; and Mabel-Mrs. Elmer Martin, Kitchener, Ont.), one sister (Mrs. Milton Ernst, Kitchener,), one brother (Amos Musser, Calgary, Alta.), and 13 grandchildren. Her husband preceded her in death, Sept. 1930. Funeral services were held at the Elmira Church in charge of Howard S. Bauman and Rufus Jutzi. Interment in adjoining cemetery.

    Weber.-George Abram Weber passed away at his home at Parkway, Kitchener, Ont. , on Thursday, Aug. 21, 1941, after an illness of about six weeks. Bro. Weber was born on June 24, 1879 and passed away on the farm of his birth; aged 62 y. 1 m. 28 d. He is survived by his wife (nee Malinda Woolner), with whom he was joined in holy wedlock 39 years ago at Nachez; also by 5 daughter, Vera, Mrs. Urbin Snider of Bloomingdale, Mabel, Mrs. Clayton Siebert, at home, Edna, Mrs. Edgar Martin of Elmira, Gladys, Mrs. Roy Shantz of Kitchener, and Mildred, at home. Eight grandchildren also survive. He was predeceased by 1 daughter who died in infancy. Bro. Weber's life and service was a rich boon to the church that he so faithfully served. He was known as a kind, patient, faithful and loyal servant of God. He will be missed, his helpful counsel will be missed, but we mutually rejoice in the fullness of his life, and his usefulness well nigh to the close of his life. Bro. Weber served the First Mennonite Church as Deacon for 30 years. He was Secretary of the Mennonite Mission Board for 25 years, Treasurer of the Bible School Board for a number of years, Member of the Deacons' Welfare Board. Bro. Weber during his lifetime held many more positions of trust. A loving tribute of respect was rendered Bro. Weber by his fellow deacons, ministers, and bishops, some fifty, who rose when his body was carried into the church building, then viewed the body first, and proceeded together to the cemetery, where they sang, "Blest be the tie that binds." The funeral services were in charge of the pastor, Bro. C. F. Derstine, and associate minister, Bro. Merle Shantz, conducted at First Mennonite Church, Kitchener, Ont.     Weber.-Malinda Weber, daughter of the late John Woolner and wife, was born on the Woolner Homestead at Natchez, Oct. 28, 1879; passed away at her home at Parkway, near Kitchener, March 17, 1944, after a brief illness; aged 64 y. 4 m. 18 d. On Feb. 12, 1902, she was united in marriage to Deacon George A. Weber who predeceased her Aug. 21, 1941. During their entire married life they farmed at Parkway. She is survived by 5 daughters (Vera, wife of Urbin Snider, Bloomingdale; Mabel, wife of Clayton Siebert, Kitchener; Edna, wife of Edgar Martin, Elmira; Gladys, wife of Roy Shantz, Kitchener; and Mildred, at home), 3 brothers (Addison and Nelson Woolner, Natchez; and Vernon, Manheim), 2 sisters (Mrs. Levi Cressman, Kitchener; and Mrs. Herbert Burkhardt, Bridgeport), and 11 grandchildren. One daughter died in infancy. She was a lifelong member of the First Mennonite Church. She filled her place as Deaconess in the true way as a servant of the church. Her consistent life, her quiet, poised spirit, and her readiness to serve will always be remembered. She will be missed in the home, community, and church circles. Services were conducted by Bro. C.     Musser. - Henry Musser was born Aug. 9, 1851; died May 17, 1928; aged 76 y. 9 m. 8 d. He was married to Barbara Witzel with whom he lived 51 years. This union was blessed with 3 sons and 3 daughters with whom the mother and 12 grandchildren remain to mourn his departure. He united with the Mennonite Church when a young man and served as deacon for 34 years. Funeral services were held on May 21 at the St. Jacobs, Ont. Mennonite Church, conducted by Bros. Abraham Gingerich and Jonas Snider

Funeral services were held at the St. Jacob,s Mennonite Church, in charge of C. F. Derstine and Oliver Snider. Interment was made in the near-by cemetery

    MRS. BARBARA MUSSER

    Mrs. Barbara Musser, R.R. 2, Kitchener, died early Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Milton Ernst, Parkway. She was 86 years of age. The deceased was born on Aug. 3. 1858, at Erbsville, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Valentine Witzel. She was a member of St. Jacobs Mennonite Church. She was the widow of Henry Musser, who predeceased her 17 years ago. Surviving are two sons and two daughters: John Musser, Penticton, B.C., and Amos Musser of Innisfail, Alta.; Mrs. Albert (Susanna) Martin of West Montrose and Mrs. Milton (Mary Ann) Ernst, Parkway. She was predeceased by a son, Dan-iel Musser, and by a daughter. Mrs. Amos Martin. Twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren also survive, There are also two brothers, Godlup Witzel of Iona, Mich., and Albert Witzel of Montpelier, Ohio. The funeral was held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Milton Ernst of Parkway, to the Conestogo Mennonite Church for services at 2:30 p.m. Burial was made at Conestogo River Cemetery. Bishop C. F. Derstine of Kitchener was in charge of the service.

    Weber. - Daniel Weber was born in Berlin, Ont., Sept. 11, 1843, and died at his home near German Mills, Ont. Aug. 26, 1920 after a short illness, aged 76 y. 11 m. 15 d. In his youth he was converted and joined the Mennonite Church and had been a member of that body ever since. At the age of 23 he was married to Elizabeth Histand, to which union 4 sons were born 3 of whom survive, who together with 10 grandchildren, also 3 brothers and 4 sisters mourn the loss of a kind parent and brother. His wife predeceased him over 3 years ago. The funeral was held on Aug. 29 at the First Mennonite Church, Kitchener, with Bro. U. K. Weber speaking in English and Bro. Jonas Snider in German. Interment in the adjoining cemetery.

    Weber. - Sister Elizabeth, only daughter of the late Bro. Geo. Histand, was born near German Mills, Ont., Sept. 11, 1846. Nov. 14, 1865, she was married to Bro. Daniel Weber with whom she lived in holy matrimony over 51 years. She had a paralytic stroke nearly a year and a half ago, since which time she had been quite helpless though her mind was quite clear to the end. As a result of another stroke she passed away quite suddenly on the evening of April 6. Aged 70 y. 7 m. 51 d. She leaves to mourn her loss a bereaved husband, 3 sons and their families, and 1 adopted daughter; but they do not mourn as such who have no hope. Funeral services on the 29th by Bro. Samuel Bowman at the house and the brethren, U. K. Weber and Noah Stauffer, at the Mennonite Church at Kitchener, Ont. Interment in the adjoining cemetery.

    Woolner. - John S. Woolner was born near Kossuth, Ont., Aug. 23, 1855; died at the home of his son-in-law, Geo. A. Weber, near Kitchener, Ont., on March 20, 1925; aged 69 y. 6 m. 28 d. In 1878 he was married to Hannah Clemmer, who with three sons (Addison, Nelson, and Vernon) and three daughters (Mrs. Geo. A. Weber, Mrs. Levi Cressman, and Mrs. Herbert Burkhart), together with 26 grandchildren and three brothers (Jacob, Martin, and Solomon) are left to mourn his departure. Bro. Woolner united with the Mennonite Church in 1885, of which he remained a consistent member. During the last number of years his mental powers failed him, having been deprived of speaking for nearly three years. Funeral services were held on the 23rd at the First Mennonite Church, Kitchener, with the brethren, C. F. Derstine and Oscar Burkholder, in charge. Interment in the cemetery adjoining the church.

    The Woolner Farmstead buildings, located at 748 Zeller Drive, are situated in the north end of the City of Kitchener on 6.47 acres off scenic Zeller drive. The original Mennonite Georgian farmhouse and outbuildings were constructed in 1830. The farmhouse addition was built circa 1858, and the barn and concrete silo were built circa 1870.

    Woolner. - Hannah (Clemmer) Woolner was born near Breslau, Ont., Feb. 24, 1857; died after a brief illness at the home of her son-in-law, Bro. and Sister Geo. A. Weber near German Mills on Aug. 31, 1931; aged 74 y. 6 m. 7 d. Sister Woolner was the last of the seven children of the Abram Clemmer family. She was married to John Woolner who predeceased her over 6 years ago. Seven children were born to this union, one of whom (Luanna) died in infancy. Those surviving are, Malinda (Mrs. Geo. A. Weber) of German Mills; Elmina (Mrs. Levi Cressman) of Breslau; Addison and Nelson of Natchez; Irene (Mrs. Herbert Burkhart) of Breslau, and Vernon of Manheim. There are also 29 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Sister Woolner was converted and united with the Mennonite Church about 46 years ago and remained faithful to the end. The services were conducted at the First Mennonite Church, by C. F. Derstine and E. S. Hallman, a former pastor. Texts, Hebrews 12: 23; John 12: 3
