    Peacefully, on Thursday, Sept. 8, 1994, at Listowel Memorial Hospital, Menno L. Kuepfer, of 171 Norfolk St., Millbank, age 80 years.
    Menno was born in Mornington township August 2, 1914, son of the late Jacob Z. Kuepfer and the late Catherine Lichti. Mr. Kuepfer farmed in Mornington township retiring in 1985.

    Beloved husband of the former Lavina Albrecht for 58 years; dear father of Barbara Kuepfer of Millbank, Catherine Birch of Millbank, Robena Kuepfer of Millbank, Magdalena Kuepfer of Millbank, Sarah and her husband Thomas Burnett of Palmerston, Marion Lahey of Richmond, B.C., Harvey and his wife Fannie Kuepfer of Monkton. Lovingly remembered by 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a brother, Elmer L. Kuepfer.

    Visitation at the family residence, 171 Norfolk St., Millbank today (Friday) after 7 p.m. where the funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, Sept. 11, 1994 at 1 p.m. Bishop Joe K. Jantzi will officiate. Burial will follow in the 7th Line Amish Mennonite Cemetery, Wellesley township.

    KUEPFER, Lavina Ruby Passed away, on Wednesday, June 4, 2003, at Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton.

    Lavina was formerly of Millbank. She was born 87 years ago in Mornington township and was the daughter of the late Daniel S. and Beana (Lichty) Albrecht. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Faith.

    Beloved wife of the late Menno L. Kuepfer who predeceased her in 1994. Dear mother of Barbara Kuepfer, Robena Kuepfer, Magdalena Kuepfer, all of Millbank, Catherine Birch of Milverton, Sarah and her husband Thomas Burnett of Palmerston. Marion Lahey of Abbotsford, B.C., Harvey and his wife Fannie Kuepfer of Monkton. Sadly missed by 11 grand- children and 12 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her brother Edward and his wife Sarah Albrecht of RR 3, Monkton.

    Lavina was predeceased by children, Emmanuel and Edith, both in infancy and a sister, Lena Robb.

    Family and friends may call at Lavina's former residence, 4041 Norfolk Street, Millbank after 7 p.m. to- night (Thursday) and again on Friday. The funeral service will held at the residence on Saturday, June 7, 2003 at 1 p.m. Bishop Menno Streicher to of ficiate. Interment in the 7th Line Amish Cemetery, Wellesley township.

    acob Z. Keupfer, 79, of Millbank died suddenly at his home Wednesday. Born in Mornington Township, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Soloman Kuepfer. He farmed in the township until 1946 when he retired to Millbank. For the past six years Mr. Keupfer has lived with his son, Elmer. Surviving are his wife, the former Catherine Lichti; two sons, Elmer and Menno, RR 1, Newton; four brothers, Joseph and Ezra, RR 1, Newton, Emanuel, RR 1, St. Agatha and Solomon Seaforth; two sisters, Mrs. Christian (Mary) Kuepfer, RR 2, Atwood, and Mrs. Harold (Tina) Carter, RR 1, Newton; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The body is at the home of his son, Elmer, Lot 17, Concession 10, where the service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. Bishop Amos Albrecht will officiate. Burial will be in the Amish Mennonite cemetery Wellesley Township.

    LICHTI, Menno J. 1961

    Menno J. Lichti, 95, died on Thursday, May 4th, at the house of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Kuepfer, of Millbank. He was the son of the late Joseph Lichti and Catherine Jantzi, and was born in Wellesley Township, on September 30, 1865. He had farmed in the Wellesley and Mornington district and was of the Amish Mennonite faith. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Jacob Kuepfer, of Millbank; two grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. His wife, the former, Elizabeth Jantzi, whom he married on June 8, 1890, died on November 4th, 1949. Four brothers, Chris, David, Rudy and Mose and five sisters, Mrs. Nicholas (Fannie) Jantzi, Mrs. John (Catherine) Gascho, Mrs. Dan (Nancy) Schmidt, Mrs. Jacob (Barbara) Erb, and Mrs. Solomon (Mary) Leis, also predeceased him. The body rested at the Futher funeral home, Wellesley, until Friday when removal was made to the home of his son-in-law and daughter, at Millbank, where a funeral service was conducted on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. by Bishop Amos Albrecht. Burial was made in the seventh line Amish Mennonite cemetery.

    John F. Lichty

    One of best known farmers in Wellesley Tp., John F. Lichty, died at the family home on Tuesday, June 7, after a long illness. He was aged 68 years. In religion Mr. Lichti was a member of the Amish Mennonite Church. He was born in Wilmot township on March 28, 1864 and in 1888 he was married to Miss Barbara Roth who survives him with the following family: Joseph, John, Jacob and Aaron and the Misses Phoebe, Barbara and Christina, all at home. Also brothers, Rev. Jacob F. Lichty, Wellesley, Peter F. Lichty, Wellesley. Joseph Lichty Wilmot and Christian F. Lichty, Wellesley, and his sister, Mrs. Christian Leis, Sr., of Wellesley. The funeral was held with a public service on Friday morning at the Amish Mennonite church on the third line of Wellesley. Interment was made in the adjoining cemetery.
