GERBER, Laurene Surrounded by her whole family at the Grand River Hospital, Kitchener on Monday, January 8, 2018, Laurene (nee Roes) of Wellesley in her 81st year. Beloved wife of Arthur for 55 years. Loving mother of Linda and her husband Allan Erb of Wellesley, James and his wife Patricia, Paul and his wife Brenda, Glen and his wife Karen, Timothy and his wife MaryBeth, Ruthann and her husband Larry Wagler all of Gadshill. Dear grandmother of 35 grandchildren and 6 great-grand- children. She will be sadly missed by her sisters and brother; Ruth Albrecht, Melvin Roes (Marietta), Erma Gerber (Stanley), brothers and sisters-in-law; Enos Gerber (Reta), Amy Kuepfer (Melvin), Nicholas Gerber (Emma), Stanley Gerber (Erma), Margaret Wagler, Shirley Gerber (Larry), David Gerber (Marilyn) as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Isaac Roes and Mattie Jantzi, brothers and sisters-in-law; Samuel Albrecht, Mary Roes, Marie and Ivan Jantzi, Kathryn and Willis Kuepfer, Raymond Wagler and Gordon Gerber. Friends may call at the FUTHER-FRANKLIN FUNERAL HOME, 1172 Henry Street, Wellesley on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Church, 4831 Deborah Glaister Line, Wellesley at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
