Were all New Hamburgers epicures, they would not suffer inconvenience long as they had Mr. Ernst Franke in their midst. It is his business to supply all and sundry with the best of fresh meats and sausages\emdash and he does it. Mr. Franke is a modest gentleman, who has followed his present occupation in New Hamburg for a quarter of a century. That's doing pretty well. He has fed a lot of good people a lot of good beef in that time. His father, Mr. Gottfried Franke, preceded him in the butcher business. Mr. Franke has a neat and cleanly shop, equipped with a modern refrigerator and other up-to-date accessories. It's a fine shop for a hungry man to tie to.
