Beloved husband of Edith Hamilton and dear father of Ross andhis wife Irma of Blair, Robert of Marathon, Ont., Stanley and his wife Beth of Cambridge, Lorne (Allan)and his wife Eva of Ayr, David of Dallas, Tex., Harold and his wife Lorna of Cambridge, Charles and his wifeMarlene of Sioux Lookout, Ont., Shirley and her husband Cameron Schiedel of Kitchener, Ruth and her husband Lawrence Caldwell of Cambridge. Predeceased by one son, Donald; two sisters, Mary andFlorence. Also surviving are 32 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren. Mr. Struthers was born in Beverley township and had been a resident of Cambridge, for 60 years; a retired electrical contractor;a member of St. Paul's United Church and a former elder of the church. Friends will be received at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, on Saturday (today), 7-9 and Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in St. Paul's United Church, Cambridge, Monday at 2 p.m. Interment in Preston cemetery.

Beloved wife of the late William Struthers (August 29, 1986). Dear mother of Ross and his wife Irma of Cambridge (Blair), Robert of Marathon, Stanley and his wife Beth of Cambridge. Lorne (Allan) and his wife Eva of Ayr, David of Dallas, Tex., Harold and his wife Lorna of Cambridge, Charles and his wife Marlene of Sioux Lookout, Shirley and her husband Cameron Schiedel of Kitchener and Ruth and her husband Lawrence Caldwell of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by 32 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, five brothers, Percy of Dundas, George of Puslinch, Harvey of Ancaster, Morley of Barrie, Roy of Barrie and one sister, Hazel (Mrs. Roy McCartney) of Dundas. Predeceased by one son, Donald and five brothers. Mrs. Struthers was born in Carlisle, Ont. and had resided in Cambridge for the past 64 years. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church, president of the Golden Rule Bible Class, for a number of years. A member of the Missionary Society of St. Paul's. The family will receive friends at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, today (Thursday), 7-9 p.m., Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, March 14, 1987, at St. Paul's United Church, King Street, Cambridge, at 2 p.m. Interment Preston cemetery.
