Of Hilborn Drive, Kitchener, on Monday, August 19, 1996, at the K-W Hospital, Kitchener in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Ernest F. Mead (1980), dear mother of Ross and Daniel, both of Kitchener and Allen of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Survived by 6 brothers and 5 sisters. Predeceased by her parents, 1 son and I daughter. Mrs. Mead was born in Toronto and has been a resident of the area, since 1970. Friends will be received at the BARTHEL FUNERAL HOME, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Tuesday, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home, on Wednesday, August 21, 1996, at 11: 00 a.m. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
