Of 1243 Queenston Rd., Cambridge (Preston), at the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 1977, in her 57th year. Gwendolyn Eagling, beloved wife of Louis Bernhardt; dear mother of Thomas McQuitty, Kenneth Albert, Darrly Albert and Charles Albert, all of Cambridge; survived by seven sisters, including Daphnee (Mrs. W. Potter), of Cambridge (Hespeler) and six grandchildren; predeceased by one son, Christopher McQuitty, in 1971. Mrs. Bernhardt was born in England and came to Preston, 22 years ago. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Resting at the Barthel Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge (Preston), for funeral and committal services, Friday, Sept. 2, 1977, at 2 p.m. Interment following in Parklawn cemetery.
