    Odele Gehiere

    PRESTON, Odele Gehiere of the Marsdale Manor Nursing Home, in Galt, died Saturday, at South Waterloo Hospital. He was 57. Mr. Gehiere was born in France, Sept. 7, 1913 and had resided in this area for 57 years. He was a member of St. Clement's RC Church. He was a tool and dye maker. Surviving are three sons; Eugene, Larry and Glenn all of Preston; one daughter, Mrs. John (Susette) Cukulin of Preston; one brother, Arscene of Hespeler and two sisters, Mrs. John (Mary) Bracey of Guelph and Mrs. James (Margaret) Miller of Galt and four grandchildren. The body is at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, until Tuesday, when removal will be made to the church for mass, at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Preston Park Lawn cemetery.

    he served overseas. A former employee of Stamped and Enamel Ware Ltd., he had been retired about a year and a half. He attended St. Mary's RC Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Jessie Addis; two daughters, Mrs. Jack (Marie) Bracey, Guelph, and Mrs. James (Marguerite) Miller, Hespeler; four sons, Emile, Kitchener; Arsene, Hespeler; Odele, Preston and James Naersens, Hespeler, and 10 grandchildren. The body will be at Stager Funeral Home, Galt St., Hespeler, until Thursday, thence to St. Mary's Church for requiem mass at 9 a.m. with interment in St. Mary's RC Cemetery, Hespeler
