BARCLAY, Lance - Peacefully with his family present at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener on Tuesday, October 6th, 1992 Lance Delmer Barclay, age 77 years of 114 Queen Street South, New Dundee. Mr. Barclay owned and operated Barclay Foods in Cambridge-G for 26 years and retired to the Village of Drumbo. He was a life member of The Galt Golf and Country Club. Survived by Ethel Barclay of Drumbo, loving father of Delmer and his wife Stella, Vaughn and his wife Brenda all of Cambridge-Galt, Margaret and her husband William Shearer of Toronto, Lorraine and her husband Howard Perriman of Drumbo, Harle Marie Barclay of Calgary, Alberta. Lovingly remembered by his twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Brother of Helen (Mrs. Bernie Craig) of Ancaster. Predeceased by his parents Delmer and Mary Barclay, three grandchildren Richard, Delmer Junior and Benjamin and two brothers in infancy. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held with the interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Guelph. Memorial Donations to the Canadian cancer Society Local Chapter would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy and may be arranged through the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King street West, Kitchener.
