    Redpath, Mrs. Bruce (Florence) - On Tuesday, Sept. 1, 1981, at the K-W Hospital, the former Florence Eleanor Ziegler, aged 52 years, of 182 Viewmount Close, Kitchener. Dear wife of Bruce; loving mother of Susan, Jennifer, Andrew and James, all of Kitchener and Kevin of Kamloops, B.C.; sister of Robert and Betty Strome, both of Kitchener and Margaret Loker of Strathroy. Predeceased by a son, Jeffrey; a sister, Marie Wittig; her father, Henry Ziegler and her mother, the former Christina Koch.

    A private family burial service is being held. A public memorial service will be held on Thursday, Sept. 3, 1981, at 7 p.m. at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Franklin Street North at Kenneth Avenue, Kitchener. Rev. James Bindernagel will officiate. Expressions of sympathy may be shown by donations to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements by the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home.

    Henry Ziegler Henry Ziegler, 77, of 249 Blucher Blvd., died Sunday at K-W Hospital after suffering a heart attack. Born April 28, 1884, in Arthur, Mr. Ziegler was a son of the late Jacob Ziegler and former Caroline Engel. He came here 67 years ago and worked for more than 50 years at the Krug Furniture Company Ltd. He was a charter member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, and a member of the Golden Age Group of the congregation. Surviving are his wife, the former Christina Koch who he married her in 1911; a son, Robert of Kitchener, four daughters, Mrs. William (Margaret) Loker of Willowdale, Mrs. Bruce (Florence) Redpath of Oakville, Mrs. John V. (Marie) Wittig and Mrs. Frederick (Betty) Strome, both of Kitchener; two brothers, John of Akron, Ohio, and Oscar of Ypsilanti, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Carrie McMillan of Kitchener and Mrs. Emma Fowler of Waterloo, and 16 grandchildren.

    The body is at the Schreiter Sandrock Funeral Home where funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. by Rev. Dr. John Schmieder. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.

Surviving is one son, Robert, of St. Jacobs; three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Strome, Florence (Mrs. Bruce Redpath), both of Kitchener, and Margaret (Mrs. William Loker) of Downsview; two sisters, Mrs. May Bach and Miss Elia Koch, both of Kitchener. Also survived by 21 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a daughter, Marie Wittig, one brother, and two sisters.

    The body rested at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, 51 Benton Street, Kitchener, until Monday, when removal was made to St. Matthew's Lutheran Church chapel for funeral and committal services. Rev. Harold Brill officiated. Interment followed in Woodland cemetery.

    Mr. Jacob A. Ziegler

    Following two weeks illness the death of Jacob A. Ziegler, 111 Waterloo street, occurred yesterday afternoon at his residence, shortly after 2 p.m. due to paralysis. The deceased, born in Heidelberg and a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, was in his 84th year. He is survived by his wife, Caroline Lang, four daughters, Mrs. D. Black, city, Mrs. H. Hertzberger, Clifford, Ont., Mrs. T. Thompson, and Mrs. C. MacMillan, both of Hamilton, two step-daughters, Mrs. C. O. Cremer and Mrs. I. Fowler, both of Toronto, four sons, John of Akron, Ohio, Oscar, Saginaw, Mich., William and Henry Ziegler, both of Kitchener, one brother, Henry Ziegler, Bay City, Mich., two sisters, Mrs. Mary Duench, Elmira and Mrs. L. Plant, Brantford, also 27 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The funeral will be publicly held on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. from Schreiter's Funeral Home with Rev. H. A. Sperling in charge of the services. Interment will take place in the Mount Hope Cemetery. The remains are resting at the late residence until Tuesday noon, when they will be transferred to the Funeral Home.
