At St. Mary's Hospital, on Monday, April 17, 2000, 76 years of age.
Richard Burt, loving husband of the late Ruby Burt (nee Hillier). Dear father of Roger and his wife Vivian of Kitchener, Gordon and his wife Gerry of Cambridge, Dale and his wife Peggy of Kitchener, Richard and his wife Kim of Kitchener, Ivy Rice and her husband Cluny Green of Newfoundland, Pansy Hart and her husband Alex of Kitchener, Peggy Charest and her husband Dan of Kitchener, Roxanne Rebelo of Kitchener and Loretta Burt of Kitchener. Fondly remembered by one sister, Ivy Borden of Newfoundland. Sadly missed by 26 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by one daughter, Helen and his parents, Wellesley and Maude Burt.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home & Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., Kitchener, 742-4481, today (Wednesday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Transfer will be made on Thursday, April 20, 2000, at 11 a.m. to the International Gospel Centre, 35 Charles St. E., Kitchener for a funeral service at 1 p.m., Rev. Mark Emmerson officiating. Interment Memory Gardens, Breslau.

BURT, Ruby - Died peacefully, at her home, after a lengthy illness, Ruby went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, Feb. 4, 1995.

Ruby (nee Hillier) was born in Grand Falls-Windsor, Nfld. 67 years ago. She was a member of the International Gospel Centre.

Beloved wife for 48 years of Richard Burt of Kitchener. Dear mother of four sons, Roger (Vivian), Gordon (Jesse), Dale (Peggy) and Richard (Kim), all of Kitchener and six daughters, Ivy of Mount Pearl, Nfld., Peggy (Andy) of Cambridge, Pansy (Alex), Diane (Dan), Roxane (Louis) and Loretta, all of Kitchener. She will be sadly missed by 21 grand-children and seven great-grandchildren. Sister of James (Irene) Hiller of Grand Falls-Windsor, Nfld., Stan (Daisy) Hiller of London, Louie Smith of Paradise, Nfld., Sadie Elliot of Grand Falls-Windsor, Nfld., Julia Weir of Nova Scotia and Daisy (Norman) Drover of Kitchener. Surviving also is Ruby's mother-in-law, Maud Burt of Summerford, Nfld.; her sisters-in-law.„Ivy Borden of Twillingate, Nfld., Blanche Hillier, of Kitchener and brother-in-law, Clayton Bonne' of Cambridge. She will be dearly re-membered by many relatives and friends.

Predeceased by her parents; daughter, Helen; two brothers; one sister and son-in-law, Ewen. Visitation at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home & Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., Kitchener, 2.4 and 7-9 p.m., today (Monday). Transfer will be made to the International Gospel Centre, 35 Charles St. E., Kitchener at 12 noon Tuesday, Feb. 7, 1995 in which funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Interment Memory.Gardens, Breslau.
