    Robert W. Jack, 70, of 238 Weber St. East, died at his home Saturday after a lengthy illness. Born in Mount Forest, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jack. He attended Benton St. Baptist Church.

    Surviving are his widow, the former Zylfer Linder; two sons, Leonard of Kitchener and Howard of Mount Forest; two daughters, Mrs. Douglas (Mary) Nelson of Orillia and Mrs. Harold (Phyllis) Stickney of Kitchener; one brother, David of Mount Forest; one sister, Margaret of Mount Forest and 10 grandchildren.

    The body is resting at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the funeral will be held Tuesday at 1.30 p.m. Burial will be in Mount Forest Cemetery about 4 p.m. with Rev. Leander Roblin, pastor of Benton St. Baptist Church, officiating.

    JACK, Mrs. Robert - At her residence, Pinehaven Nursing Home on Thursday, Aug. 17, 1972, after a brief illness, Zylfer Linder; age 86 years, a resident of the Twin City area for many years and formerly lived in Mount Forest; born in Elmira, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Linder; a member of the Highland Baptist Church and the afternoon group of the church.

    Wife of the late Robert Jack, who predeceased her in 1952; mother of Phyllis (Mrs. Harold Stickney), Waterloo; Mary (Mrs. Douglas Nelson) of Burlington, and Leonard and Howard Jack of Kitchener; sister of Frederick Linder, Galt, and Frances (Mrs. George Distelmeyer) of Kitchener; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren also survive.

    Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener. Funeral and committal service in the chapel Saturday at 1:30 p.m., with Rev. H. E. Morphy and Rev. Ralph Humphries officiating. Interment will be in the family plot in the Mount Forest Cemetery, Monday at 11 a.m.

    Donations to the Coronary Care Unit of the K-W Hospital may be made as expressions of sympathy.

    GEORGE LINDER

    An employee of the Consolidated Felt Company [at Milverton] for many years, George Henry Linder, 76, died early today at the home of his daughter, Mrs. George Diestelmeyer, 156 Samuel street. He was born in Elmira on May 15, 1863, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Linder. [The] Deceased attended the United church and was a member of the Independent Order of Oddfellows.

    Surviving are two sons, Fred of Galt and Lanson of Toronto, two daughters, Mrs. Robert Jack of Kitchener and Mrs. George Diestelmeyer, two brothers, Samuel Linder of Kitchener and William Linder of Wowata, Sask, a sister, Mrs. Otto Kreuger of Kitchener and two grandchildren. In 1884 he married Mary Ann Sully, who predeceased him on April 22, 1937.

    Funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the home of his daughter, 156 Samuel street, with Rev. Finlay G. Stewart officiating. Interment will take place in the Union Cemetery, Elmira. Remains will rest at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until Friday at 4 p.m.

    MRS. GEORGE LINDER

    Confined to bed since early in the year, Mrs. Mary Ann Linder, 139 Waterloo street, died early today in her 72nd year. Born in Bloomingdale, daughter of the late John and Mrs. Scully, deceased had been a life-long resident of this area.

    Her husband, two sons, Fred of Galt, Lanson of Toronto, two daughters, Mrs. Robert Jack of Mount Forest, and Mrs. George Diestelmeyer, Samuel Street, Kitchener survive, with two brothers, Edward, West Montrose, John at St. Jacobs, and three sisters, Mrs. Ephriam Randall of Detroit, Mrs. August Nahls of Preston, and Mrs. Louis Dumart of Kitchener. Two grandchildren also survive.

    Mr. and Mrs. Linder were former residents of Elmira. Funeral services will be held on Saturday afternoon from her late residence at two o'clock with Rev. Clarke Logan in charge. Interment will take place in Union Cemetery, Elmira. The body will be at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until noon Friday.

    Mrs. Wm. Linder, 81, who has been residing with her daughter, Mrs. Otto Krueger, 143 North Queen St., Kitchener, passed away yesterday in Milverton at the home of her daughter, Mrs. David Gowing, following a short illness. Deceased, who before her marriage was Charlotte Randall was born in Hamilton in 1845, and came to Elmira with her parents at the age of nine. In 1861 she married Wm. Linder, who predeceased her 45 years ago. She was also predeceased by one son, John of Waterloo, four years ago. For the last 14 of the 24 years Mrs. Linder lived with her daughter, Mrs. Krueger, she was stone blind. Deprived of her sight, Mrs. Linder was prevented from attending the Methodist church of which she had been a staunch member. The loss of sight, however, did not change her from a kind and loving woman, never forgetful of the needs of others. She is survived by three sons, George and Samuel of Kitchener, and William of Wawota, Sask., two daughters, Mrs. Krueger of Kitchener and Mrs. D. Gowing of Milverton, three brothers, Jack Randall of Elmira, Samuel of Palmerston, and Joseph of Kitchener, and one sister, Mrs. George Cathrae of Elmira. She is also survived by 50 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. The funeral will be held on Saturday afternoon at Milverton from the residence of Mr. D. Gowing conducted by Rev. G.C. Gifford of the United Church. The body will then be taken to the Union cemetery in Elmira for interment, where burial services will be conducted by Rev. H.F. Deller of Trinity United church in Kitchener. The pallbearers were Messrs. Ephraim Linder of Waterloo, James Gowing, Alex Cockwell and Stanley Ohm of Milverton, and Frank Ernst and Sam Linder Jr., of Kitchener
