"Sophia married Milton Dahmer of Waterloo County and went to live in New Hamburg for two years. ln 1914 they returned to live on and farm Lot 11, Concession 4, where they farmed until 1955 when they retired to Underwood. They had three sons. Edgar was drowned in the big ditch in front of their property at age 4. Ray married Ruby Rutherford. Ray was in the Air Force and lived at Arthur and later at Owen Sound until his death in 1969. Earl Dahmer married Georgina MacKay of Lot 6, Concession 9 ..."
