    DIED WHILE VISITING SON

    Edward Walker, of Guelph, Ont., Succumbed to Typhoid Malaria.

    Edward Walker, a prominent resident of Guelph, Ont., died at Harper hospital early yesterday morning of typhoid malaria, after a week's illness. Just a week ago Mr. Walker came to Detroit with his wife to visit his son, Edward R. Walker, of Craig, Wright & Walker, at 225 North Grand Boulevard east. He was ill when he arrived and the next day he was taken to the hospital.

    Mr. Walker was 65 years old. He was at one time interested in a large iron foundry in Guelph, but retired several years ago. He was a prominent Mason and Oddfellow. Besides his widow and other sons, William J. Walker, of Columbus, O. and Charles S. Walker of Cleveland.

    The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon from the residence on the boulevard, and the interment will be in Woodlawn cemetery.
