    A funeral will be held in memory of Chad at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 21, 2020, at West Fairview Mennonite Church, rural Beaver Crossing, for his family and close relatives and friends. For those who cannot attend, they can call 712-432-3990, get the conference ID (68405#) and be able to listen to the service live. (Remember to mute your phone while listening to the service) Burial is in the church cemetery. A Public Visitation will be on Friday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the West Fairview Fellowship Hall. Memorials have been established to the family for future designation.

    Chad David Martin entered this world on January 3, 1977, in Listowel, Ontario to Melvin and Margaret (Good) Martin, the oldest of two sons and passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at Bryan West Medical Center in Lincoln at the age of 43.

    Nearly 3 years later he became a big brother when Jeff arrived. Many birthday celebrations were shared with his cousins, Shawn and Lavon, as they were each born 6 weeks apart. Over the years, the family enjoyed many camping trips together. As a young boy, Chad attended Mornington Central Elementary School and later graduated from Listowel District Secondary School with the class of 1995. He accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was baptized at Woodlawn Mennonite Fellowship on October 3, 1993. Chad was employed with a John Deere Dealership in Elmira, Ontario, later worked for Paul and Mirium Martin on their dairy farm. He also was employed for Brian Brubacher as delivery driver. He moved to Nebraska in 1999 where he was later united in marriage Marilyn Schweitzer and to this union four children were born: Brandon, Marci, Jessica and Erica. Together they lived west of Milford where he worked at NIFCO Mechanical where he installed fire sprinklers for almost 21 years. He was a member of the West Fairview Mennonite Church where he gladly led the congregation in singing. Chad was often seen working on his tractors or mowing. Chad was a hard-worker, had a great sense of humor, was a conscientious man who lived what he believed and loved his family with all his heart.

    Survivors include his wife, Marilyn, children, Brandon, Marci, Jessica and Erica, father, Melvin Martin, Millbank, ON, his now mom, Sharon Martin, also of Millbank, parents-in-law, Kevin and Charleen Schweitzer, Milford, sisters-in-law, Carol (Shane) Bennett, Richland Center, WI, Anita (Peter) Burkey, Beaver Crossing, brother-in-law, Nevin Schweitzer, Fort Collins, CO, many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

    He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Martin, a step-mother, Lucy Martin, and a brother, Jeff Martin.

    AARON B. MARTIN

    Aaron B. Martin, 72, of RR 3, Wallenstein, died at his home Monday, July 11 after a lengthy illness. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Martin. His wife predeceased him in 1944.

    Surviving are four sons, Urias of Calgary. Amos and Joseph of Wallenstein and Samuel of New Hamburg; three daughters, Lydian of Elmira Melinda of Wallenstein and Mrs. Ibra (Salome) Brubacher of St. Jacobs, and 20 grandchildren.

    The body was at the home from where the funeral was conducted Wednesday to South Peel Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.

    Mrs. Aaron B. Martin, 65, of R.R. 1, Wallenstein died Tuesday night, February 24, at her residence. She was the former Sarah Bowman, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Bowman of Woolwich Township.

    Surviving are her husband; five sons, Urias of Calgary, Amos, R.R. 3, Wallenstein; Joseph of Hawkesville, Sidney at home and Samuel of Kitchener; three daughters, Lydian and Mrs. Ibra (Salome) Brubacher of St. Jacobs and Melinda of Hawkesville; two brothers, Jonas of Alberta and Peter of Floradale; and two sisters, Mrs. Norman Martin of St. Jacobs and Mrs. David Martin of Wallenstein.

    The body was at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor until Thursday at 9 a.m., thence to the residence for a service Friday at 9: 30 a.m. A service followed at the South Peel Mennonite Meeting House with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

In her young years she united with the Groffdale Mennonite Church, Bareville, Pa., transferring her membership to the Mennonite Church in Ontario when she went there to live. She was a faithful member until death, and was concerned that her family live Christian lives. Death result from eryisipelas. Funeral services were held by Abram Bearinger and Addison Gingrich at the Peel Mennonite Church in Ontario, where burial was also made.

    ., son of Eli and Nancy (Cressman) Good, was born in Wilmot Twp., Ont., Feb. 25, 1888; died at Freeport Hospital, --- Ont., Oct. 18, 1972; aged 84 y. 7 m. 23 d. In November 1917, he was married to Melinda Martin, who survives. Also surviving are 2 sons (Edward and Walter), 4 daughters (Elma-Mrs. Gladwin Bender, Nina-Mrs. Oren Gimbel, Martha, and Pearl Good), 14 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers (Moses and Joseph Good), and 2 sisters (Annie-Mrs. Allen Cressman and Almeta-Mrs. Angus Gingrich). One son and one daughter died in infancy.     Huber, Clarence Wilson, son of Simon and Amanda (Bontrager) Huber, was born at Elida, Ohio, Aug. 30, 1902; died at Guelph (Ont.) General Hospital, Feb. 21, 1967; aged 64 y. 5 m. 22 d. In 1930 he was ordained to the office of deacon at South Boston, Va. On Mar. 1, 1925, he was married to Violet Ida Baker, who survives. Also surviving are 12 children (Elizabeth--Mrs. John Burkholder, Martha--Mrs. Walter Good, Gertrude, George, John, Florence, Emma, Paul, Mabel--Mrs. Franklin Roth, Phoebe, Carl, and Ruth), one brother (Ira), one sister (Mary), his stepmother (Mrs. Beulah Huber), and 23 grandchildren. Preceding him in death were one daughter and 2 grandchildren.
