    ANTHONY WEILER

    At the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Madgalena Elchert, 379 Breithaupt street, death claimed Mr. Anthony Weller in his 93rd year, this morning. The deceased was born in New Germany and lived there all his life. He was in his usual health until two weeks ago, when he suffered an attack of pleurisy. He is survived by his wife, four sons, John of Toronto, Andrew of New Germany, Stephen and Anthony of Detroit, by four daughters Mrs. Jacob Magnus, New Germany. Mrs. Catherine Gonter, Detroit, Mrs. Samuel Fagel, Guelph and Mrs. Magdalena Elchert of this city and by one brother, Conrad of Trout Creek, Muskoka, and one sister, Mrs. Abalona Schlosser of Formosa. Also surviving are 57 grand- children and 42 great grandchildren. The funeral will take place from the residence of Mrs. Elchert on Saturday morning, for services in St. Boniface church, New Germany, at 10 o'clock. Interment will be made in New Germany.

    I, Erasmus Beitschy…I will and order that all my just debts, funeral testamentary and all other expenses be paid by my Executors herein after name out of my estate so soon after my decease as possible. I will and order that my wife Rosalia, carry on the farm until the oldest son comes of age, but if she should see fit at any time to give up the farm then I will and order that my Executors shall let the farm to be worked on shares until the oldest son comes of age and that some of my friends or my wife's friends shall have the first chance to work the farm on shares if any wishes to do so, if not to any whom my executors see fit. I Will and order that if my wife Rosalia gives up farming, then I Will and Order that my Executors shall sell all my personal property with the exception of one horse and harness, a light wagon, two cows, our beauro[sic] three beds and bedsteads, one stove and pipe, one table, six chairs, one coboard[sic], One sink dishes and all wearing apparel and two pigs all of which I bequeath to my wife Rosalia as long as she remains my widow - and no longer, further I will and order that my Executors do build a House conveniently to the Barn for my wife Rosalie to live in and likewise the Orchart [sic] for her own use as long as she remains my widow.
