    RANK, Mrs. Louise

    Mrs. Louise Katherine Anna Rank, 93, formerly of Wellesley, died Saturday at the Milverton Nursing Home.

    Born in Wellesley, June 8, 1890, she was the daughter of the late John Reibling and the former Maria Habermehl. Her husband, Edward Rank, died Sept. 20, 1927.

    She was a lifelong member of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Wellesley and active in the Mary Martha Society of the church and sang in the choir for many years.

    Surviving are one son, Lorne, of Burlington; two daughters, Mrs. Alfred (Merriel) Margetts, of Kitchener, and. Mrs. Edwin (Norene) Schneider, of Cambridge; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers, Charles and Chris, and four sisters, Katherine, Margaret, Bertha and Elizabeth.

    Friends were received at the Futher Brothers funeral home, 40 Henry St., Wellesley, until noon Wednesday when transfer was made to First St. Paul's Lutheran Church for a service at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Douglas Priestap officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.

    WELLESLEY, Aug. 5.-The death occurred at Hampstead Monday at 12.15 o'clock of Mr. Henry Schmidt, aged 67 years, six months and 16 days The deceased who had been ailing for nearly one year died as the result of tumor on the brain. He is survived by his wife, two sons. Alfred of Kitchener: and Harry at home and four daughters, Mrs Margetts of Wellesley, Mrs. Reidt of Waterloo, Mrs. William Cook. Gadshill. and Mrs Neeb of Kitchener. Sixteen grandchildren also survive. The funeral will be held on Thursday after noon at 1.30 o'clock at the house and will proceed thence to North East hope Lutheran church. Rev. Mr Hamester of Gadshill will conduct the service.

    WELLESLEY, June 1 Mrs Henry Schmidt. 75. died yesterday at the home of her son-in-law. Henry Margetts, from a heart attack.

    She was born in Wellesley, daughter of the late Jacob Forler and Mary Koch Her husband died 12 years ago Mrs. Sehmidt attended St James' Lutheran Church, North Easthope

    Surviving are two sons. Alfred. Kitchener, and Harry, Hampstead: four daughters. Mrs. Fred Reidt. Waterloo, Mrs. William Cook, North Easthope. Mr. Alfred Margetts. Wellesley and Mrs. Valentine Neeb. Kitchener and one brother, William Forler, Galt Twenty-six grand children and four great-grandchildren also survive.

    Private funeral service will be held of 2:20 pm Wednesday at the home of her son in law here followed by a public service at St James' Lutheran Church North Easthope at 3 pm. Rev. William Notting will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery

    The remains are resting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Margerts

    Heidelberg - An aged resident of Heidelberg, Mrs. Louis Rank, 78, passed away early Monday morning at her home, after a long illness. The funeral will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday from the residence to St. Peter's Lutheran Church for service. Rev. K. Knauff will officiate. Interment in the Heidelberg cemetery.

    The late Mrs. Rank, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Foerster, was born near Heidelberg, Dec. 28, 1860. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Andrew Lips, Bamberg, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, five sisters, Mrs. Jeanette Ziegler, Mrs. Wm. Hass and Mrs. Emiline Hackbart, Heidelberg, Mrs. Adam Wettlaufer, Tavistock, and Miss Rose Foerster, Kitchener. One son predeceased her.
