    Lloyd J. Meyers

    Lloyd J. Myers, 54, of RR 2, Waterloo, died Saturday at K-W Hospital after a brief illness. Mr. Myers, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Myers, was born in Kitchener March 9, 1912. He was employed at J. M. Schneider Ltd. for 19 years until illness forced him to retire this year. Mr. Myers served overseas during the Second World War and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 50. He was a member of the Canadian Order of Foresters, Highland Light Infantry Association of Canada and St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Hilda Cott; three sons, Ronald, Waterloo; Douglas, Kitchener and Jack, Germany; one daughter, Mrs. Robert, (Betty Marie) Kilian, RR 2, Baden; two brothers, Charles, Kitchener; Jerome, Dundas; two sisters, Mrs. Seig (Irmine) Paul, Hudson, N.Y.; Mrs. Paul (Dorothy) Faber, Toronto, and three grandchildren. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the funeral will be held Tuesday at 3: 30 p.m., with the Rev. Finlay G. Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens.
