    PETERS, Kathryn (Kay)

    At K-W Hospital, on Saturday, July 17. 1993, following a brief illness, Kay Peters (nee Huber), of Krug Street, Kitchener, age 80 years. Kay was assistant administrator of Conestoga Towers on Queen Street South and was past president of Freeport Hospital Volunteers. She was also a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Beloved wife of Bob: loving mother of Glen and his wife Wanda of British Columbia and Ross of Kitchener. Sadly missed by other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Louise Huber and one sister, Marion. Cremation has taken place A memorial service will be held at Holy Cross Lutheran Church on Thursday, July 22, 1993, at 7 p.m.

    Mrs. Charles Huber

    Mrs. Charles Huber, 63, of 94 Lydia St., died Saturday at St. Mary's Hospital. Born July 17, 1903 in Waterloo Township, she was the former Louise Metzlaff, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Metzlaff. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and the ladies auxiliary of the church. Surviving are her husband, whom she married in Kitchener in 1929; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Kathryn) Peters of Ottawa; one brother, William, of Detroit and six grandchildren. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, where the service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. John Korcok officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope cemetery.
