PAYS FIRST TAX AT 99 By Record Staff Writer

PRESTON - Mrs. Daniel (Minnie) Kinzie, who was 99 Monday, experienced something new this year - the paying of income tax. Developers have paid more than $100,000 to Mrs. Kinzie for her home and 28 acre property on Limerick Road. Thus she filed her first income tax return this year based on the interest she has received from the money, Mrs. Kinzie and her husband, who died in 1920, purchased the property in 1912.
