    LEMP, Ilene Edith (nee Kneisel) Passed away peacefully after a short illness on Wednesday, December 28, 2016, at Grand River Hospital at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Eldon (1980). Loving mother of Keith of Stratford and Alice of Waterloo. Dear sister of Marguerite Fleischauer of Stratford. Lovingly remembered by Marguerite's children, Ilene's in-laws and their families. Ilene was a long time member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Ilene's family will receive relatives and friends from 7 - 9 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. followed by a reception at the funeral home. Private family interment at Woodland Cemetery at a later date.     Peacefully, on Saturday, May 28. 1994, at Stratford General Hospital, Henry Valentine Kneisel, of Milverton Nursing Home and formerly of Lisbon and Wellesley.

    Born in North Easthope township, 86 years ago, son of the late George Kneisel and the late Ida Glasser. Henry was a lifelong member of St. James Lutheran Church, where he served on church council and also taught Sunday school. He also served on the S.S. No. 18 school board at New Prussia. Henry was a carpenter, during the latter part of his life, he operated his own woodworking shop in Lisbon, retiring in 1972.

    Beloved husband of the former Ida G. Koch Kneisel of 63 years. Loving father of Ilene Lemp of Kitchener, Marguerite and her husband Henry Fleischauer of Stratford. Dear brother of Wilfred and his wife Bernice Kneisel of Waterloo, Etra and his wife Annie Kneisel of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Keith and Alice Lemp, Norma and Raymond Yau, Robert and Dianne Fleischauer, Sylvia and Douglas Roth, Ida and David Roth. Great-grandpa of Candace and Benjamin Roth, Sheri and Julie Fleischauer. Predeceased by two brothers, Milton and Herbert, also by a son-in-law, Eldon Lemp, 1980.

    Visitation at the Futher Brothers Funeral Home, 40 Henry St. W., Wellesley, where family and friends will be received today (Monday) from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. At noon, Wednesday, June 1, 1994, removal will be made to St. James Lutheran Church for the funeral service at 2: 30 p.m., Pastor Judith Williams will officiate. Burial will follow in St. James Lutheran Cemetery.

    Memorials to St. James Luthan Church Building Fund or the Arthiritis Society wouild be appreciated as expressions of sympathy for the late Henry Kneisel.

    Peacefully, on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1998, at her home, 90 Greenwood Court, Stratford, Ida G. Kneisel, formerly of Route 1, Wellesley (Lisbon).

    Born in Wilmot township 89 years ago. She was a daughter of the late John D. Koch and the late Miranda Geiger. Ida was a faithful member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, North Easthope. She had a great love for flowers and crocheting.

    Beloved mother of Ilene Lemp of Kitchener, Marguerite and her husband Henry Fleischauer of Stratford. She is lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Keith and Alice Lemp, Norma and Raymond Yau, Robert and Dianne Fleischauer, Sylvia and Douglas Roth, Ida and David Roth; and great-grandma of Candace and Benjamine Roth, Sheri and Julie Fleischauer and Rachel Fleischauer and Brock Roth. Sister-in-law of Beulah Schneider of Kitchener, Wilfred and Bernice Kneisel of Waterloo, Ezra and Annie Kneisel of Kitchener.

    She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Valentine Kneisel May 28. 1994 and also by a son-in-law, Eldon Lemp May 26, 1980 and also by three sisters, Tillie Schmidt, Lizzie Wilhelm and Ella Cook and also by two brothers, Walter Koch and Siebert Schneider.

    Visitation at the Futher Bros Funeral Home, 40 Henry St., Wellesley where family and friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At noon Saturday, Feb 8th removal will be made to St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church for the funeral service at 2: 30 p.m., Pastor Mahendra Lilhap will officiate. Spring interment in the church cemetery.
