Of 650 Coronation Blvd., Cambridge (River-bend Place), at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Monday, Sept. 14, 1992, John McCann, beloved husband of Drusilla L. Bishop, in his 92nd year. Dear father of Bernard and his wife Marjorie of Cambridge: loving grandfather of Wendy and her busband James Long of Woodstock, Marsha and her husband Michael Beaver of Milton and great-grandfather of Tara, Eric and Kristen Beaver. Mr. McCann was born in Lancashire, England and came to Cambridge in 1923. He was a retiree of Butler Metals, Cambridge. There will be no visitation. A private family funeral service will be held at the Barthel Funeral Home, Cambridge, Wednesday, Sept. 16, 1992. A memorial service to be held at St. John's Anglican Church, Cambridge, will be announced at a later date.
