Beloved father of Kati of Kitchener; dear son of Joseph and Julianna Kukk of Cambridge; one brother, Joseph of Kitchener; one sister. Eva of Cambridge. Also survived by his grandmother, Mrs. Wilma Kukk in Budapest, Hungary. Mr. Kukk was born in Limerick, Ireland and lived 22 years in Cambridge; service manager at Galt Chrysler Dodge of Cambridge. Friends will be received at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Tuesday (today), 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Patrick's RC Church, Wellington Street, Cambridge (G), Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment in Parklawn cemetery.

Passed away peacefully, Sunday, September 16, 2007, surrounded by family, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, at the age of 84 years. Lovingly remembered by his son, Joseph Kukk and his wife Aranka of Kitchener, and daughter, Eva Kukk of Cambridge, and one sister-in-law, Laura Kukk of Hungary. Adoring grandfather of Adria, Matthew and his wife Michelle and Katie. Proud great-grandfather of Tristan and Zachary. He is also survived by his brother-in-law, Pal Hodu and his wife, Mari of Budapest, Hungary. Joined into eternal rest with his beloved wife, Julianna Kukk (Hodu); son, Laszlo; parents, Joseph Kukk and Wilma Nyesti and brother, Istvan. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home on Tuesday, September, 18, 2007, at 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. The funeral service will take place at the funeral home, at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
