Beloved daughter of the late David William Pautler of Guelph and Linda, Pautler (nee Melanson) of Cambridge; dear sister of Jason: loving granddaughter of Jerome and Judy Pautler of Cambridge, Camille Melanson of Cambridge and Jean Collins of Brampton and dearly loved by Ed. Melissa attended Coronation public school. Visitation was held at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Sunday, Aug. 26, 1990. Double funeral mass was celebrated at St. Clement's Church, 745 Duke St., Cambridge, for Melissa and her father David. Private interment in Parklawn cemetery.

    Of 155 Janefield Ave., Guelph, Friday, Aug. 24, 1990, in his 43rd year. Beloved husband of Sandra Cleary (nee Crawford) dear father of Jason, Jonathan, Josh and the late Melissa Lyn: loving son of Jerome and Judy Pautler of Cambridge. Also survived by five brothers, Ronald. Peter, Gregory and Stephen of Cambridge and Charles of Brampton and two sisters, Kate of Parry Sound and Mary-Lou (Mrs. Peter Wells) of Barrie. Mr Pautler was the senior accounts manager at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Waterloo Branch, King and Erb Street. Visitation was held at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Sunday, Aug. 26, 1990. Double funeral mass was celebrated at St. Clement's Church, 745 Duke St., Cambridge, for David and his daughter, Melissa. Private interment in Parklawn cemetery.

    A lifelong resident of Cambridge (Preston), Judy passed away peacefully, at Golden Years LTC, Cambridge on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at age 91. Predeceased by her loving husband Jerome. Beloved mother of Ronald (Diane), Charles (Susan), Peter (Marilyn), Marylou (Peter), Gregory (Doris), Katherine and Stephen (Shelley). Dear Grandmother of Amanda (Christopher), Andrew (Megan), Marsha (Robert), Miranda (Christopher), Benjamin (Katie), Andrew, Brent (Christine), Scott, Jared, Colby, Isaac, Ashlyn, Justin, Lauren, Brandon and Jason. Great-grandmother of Theodore, Elliot, Helena, Mitchell, Julia, Brayden and Adam. Also survived by sisters Marguerite, Georgette and brother Wellie. Predeceased by her parents, son David, granddaughter Melissa and daughter-in-law Marilyn. Judy was a Life Member of the CWL at St. Clement's Church and R.C.L. Branch #126 (Women's Auxiliary). The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, Ontario N3H 3J8 (519) 653-3251 on Thursday, February 18, 2016, from 7-9 p.m. and Friday, February 19, 2016, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church, 745 Duke Street, Cambridge, Ontario on Saturday, February 20, 2016, at 9: 30 a.m. Interment at Parklawn Cemetery, with a Reception at 11 a.m. to follow at Fairview Mennonite Home Auditorium, 515 Langs Drive, Cambridge, Ontario (Maps available at the Funeral Home).     William E. Pautler

    PRESTON - Funeral of William E. Pautler, 75, 533 Moore St., who died Wednesday will be conducted Saturday. The body is at the Maurice J. O'Brien Funeral Home, Preston, where the rosary will be recited Thursday at 7.30 p.m., by 2nd Preston Scouts; Friday at 3 p.m. by the Catholic Women' s League; 8 p.m. by the Holy Name Society and 9 p.m. by the Knights of Columbus, Requiem high mass will be conducted in St. Clement's RC Church at 10 a.m. Saturday and burial will be in St. Ciement's Cemetery. Mr. Pautler, born in Preston, was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Pautler. He lived here all his life except for one year in Kitchener. A grocer, he retired last fall. He was a member of St. Clement's Church and a counsellor for the Holy Name Society, charter member of Galt Council, Knights of Columbus and a member of the Knights of Columbus, Kitchener. He was recently made an honorary member of the Knights of Columbus. Interested in Scouting, he was active in building the Preston Scout House, was chairman of 2nd Preston Scout group committee, secretary of Preston and Hespeler Area Council and a member of the executive of South Waterloo Boy Scouts Association. He was a returning officer in this area for every election for 45 years. Surviving are his wife, the former Mary Hart, whom he married in Galt in 1907; four sons, Joseph, Jerome, Gerald and Norbert, all of Preston; three daughters, Sister M. Imelda of Kitchener, Sister M. Rose of Brantford and Sister M. Norbert of Owen Sound; two brothers, Martin and Anthony, both of Preston, and two sisters, Louise and Rose, both of Preston, and eight grandchildren.

O'Brien Funeral Residence, 328 Lowther street north, (at Laurel) until Saturday at 9:30 a.m., thence to St. Clement's church for solemn requiem mass at 10 o'clock. Interment St. Clement's cemetery.     Mrs. William E. Pautler

    Preston -- Mrs. William E. Pautler of 567 Moore St., died at her residence today after a lengthy illness.

    Born at Mildmay, Ont., she came to Preston about 60 years ago. She was a member of St. Clement's RC Church, Catholic Women's League, the Altar Society, the Legion of Mary, the League of the Sacred Heart and the scout and guides mother auxiliary.

    rs. Pautler was predeceased by her husband 10 years ago. Surviving are four sons, Joseph, Jerome, Gerald and Norbert, all of Preston, three daughters Rev. Sister Imelda (Marie) and Rev. Sister M. Rose (Bernice), both of Hamilton and Rev. Sister Norbert (Eileen) of Kitchener. One daughter, Helen, predeceased her mother in 1928. Mrs. Pautler is predeceased by serveral bothers and sisters. There are 11 grandchildren. The body will be at the Maurice O'Brien Funeral Home until 9.30 a.m., Wednesday, when removal will be made to St. Clement's Church for celebration of requiem high mass at 10 a.m.

    Recital of the parish rosary will be heard at 8 p.m., Tuesday and of the Knights of Columbus and the scouts and guides auxiliary rosary at 9.30 p.m., the same day. Burial will be in St. Clement's Cemetery.
