Mr. Proctor was born in Simcoe and had resided in Preston since 1949; employed as a taxi driver; member of St. Paul's United Church. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, corner of Queen and Argyle Streets, Preston, where funeral and committal services will be conducted Sunday, Nov. 12, at 2 p.m. Interment in Park Lawn cemetery.
