Of Fairview Mennonite Home, Cambridge, at her residence, on Tuesday, Nov. 5 1999, in her 97 year. Catherine Bain , beloved wife of the wife of the late Harry Jones (1978). Dear mother of Ellen Lawrence and her husband Glen of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by two grandchildren, Lindy Dawson and her husband Cleve, Lori Hilker and her husband Paul and seven great-grandchildren, Joshua, Calla, Brianna, and Zackary Dawson, and Jesse, Jacob, and Joel Hilker. Predeceased by her parents, David and Catherine Bain, five brothers, David Bain, James Bain, Alex Bain, Robert Bain, and Robert Bain, and two sisters, Liz Smith and Mary Bain. Mrs. Jones was born in Scotland and has been a resident of Cambridge for most of her life. The family will receive friends at the BARTHEL FUNERAL HOME, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, on Friday, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A private family service will be held on Saturday, October 9, 1999. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery.
