SCHINDLER, Edna

Of 1649 Concession Road, Cambridge, on Saturday, May 5, 1990, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, Edna Wilker, in her 74th year. Beloved wife of Gordon Schindler; dear mother of Robert and his wife Joan of Waterloo, Ronald and his wife Pauline of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by five grandchildren; two brothers, Clarence and Andrew Wilker, both of Tavistock; one sister, Elfrieda Chapman of Kitchener. Mrs. Schindler was born in Tavistock and came to Preston in 1939. She was employed at Hostess Foods for 16 years, until she retired 10 years ago. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Cambridge. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, today (Monday) 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home, Tuesday, May 8, at 1: 30 p.m. Interment Parklawn cemetery.
