Peacefully, passed away, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 68th year. Loving wife of Ziggy (Bruno) of Cambridge (Preston); lovingly remembered by her sons, Joseph and his wife Regina and Edward, both of Cambridge. Babcia (grandmother) will be fondly remembered by Adam, Mark, Zachary and Rachel; survived by her brothers, Michael and his wife Avril Obergan and family of Cambridge (Preston) and Walter and wife Lucy Obergan and family of England; also remembered by her sister, Brenda and Matt Farbotko and family of Stoney Creek. Friends and family may call at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge. Visitation will be held today (Monday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The rosary will be at 8: 30 p.m., this evening (Monday). Funeral mass will be held at St. Clement's RC Church on Tuesday, May 5, 1998, at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Parklawn Cemetery.

Of 781 Regent St., Cambridge (Preston), at the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, Thursday, Feb. 10, 1977, Zofia Latysz, beloved wife of the late Peter Obergan, in her 81st year. Dear mother of Walter of England, Theodore and Michael of Cambridge (Preston), Mrs. Vera Swtstun, of Russia, Mrs. Mary Paszkot, of Wausau, Wis., Anna (Mrs. Ziggy Vryngiewicz) of Cambridge (Preston), Brenda (Mrs. Matt Farbotko), of Stoney Creek. Mrs. Obergan was born in Poland and had been a resident of Cambridge (Preston), for 20 years, coming from England. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge (Preston), from Saturday evening, until Monday morning, then to St. Clement's Church, for funeral mass, at 10 a.m. Interment in Parklawn cemetery.
