Passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, on Thursday, December 17, 2015, at the age of 53. Cherished husband of Maria Lurdes Pereira. Jose will also be sadly missed by his mother, Florinda Pereira, siblings; Helena Pereira of Windsor, Octavio Pereira of Portugal, Serafim Pereira of Portugal, Florinda Pereira of Portugal, Dinarte Pereira of Portugal and Antonio Pereira of Portugal, as well as his many nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, family and friends. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St. N., Cambridge, where family and friends will be received on Monday, December 21, 2015, from 6 - 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
