LAID TO REST SERVICES LARGELY ATTENDED

The funeral of the late Mrs. Henry A. Mahn was held yesterday after noon at two o'clock from her former residence, No. 28 Pequegnat avenue, to St. Matthew's Lutheran church for services.

Rev. E. Hoffman conducted the ser vices at the church, which were large ly attended, and the floral tributes were numerous.

The pall bearers were Messrs. Herman, Otto, and Walter Kuss, Fred, Louis and Jno. Mahn..

MRS. LOUISE GEDIG.

The death of an aged resident of Kitchener, Mrs. Louise Gedig, 73 Brubacher street, took place early on Sunday morning. The deceased was in her 74th year, being born in Germany in 1845. She came to this city 31 years ago and has resided here ever since. She is survived by five sons, two in the Old Country, Herman, in Toledo, O., and Walter and Otto. of Kitchener. The funeral was held on Tuesday afternoon from the residence at 2 o'clock to St. Peter's Lutheran church and from thence to the East End cemetery.

Several picnics have already been booked for the Waterloo park.
