    Suddenly, at home on Saturday, September 9, 2006, in his 63rd year. Beloved husband of Judi (nee Eckensviller) of 41 years. Dear father of Susan, Gary (Gayle) and Michael. Loving grandfather of Julia and Jade. Survived by his sister, Yvonne (Gord) Lobsinger and his brother Tom (Val). Predeceased by his father Walter and his mother Margaret. Richard was a teacher and principal in the Waterloo Catholic District School Board for 34 years. He was also an active member of Blessed Sacrament Parish and president of the St. Vincent De Paul Society. Richard touched the lives of students, teachers and members of the community through the strength of guidance and kindness of words. Above all else, his family was the centre of his world. He was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W. , Kitchener on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p. m. Parish prayers at 8:30 p. m.     Walter E. Lankowski - Walter E. Lankowski, 48, of 6 Herlan Ave., died Thursday after a heart attack in a doctor's office. Born in Ottawa, he was a son of Michael Lankowski of Ottawa and the former Irene Warbowski, now of Kitchener. He had lived here since 1922 and worked at John A. Lang and Sons Ltd. for 27 years. He was a member of St. John's RC Church and was former treasurer of St. John's Parent Teacher Association. Surviving besides his parents are his wife, the former Margaret Lemanski, whom he married in Kitchener in 1936; two sons, Richard and Thomas; and one daughter, Yvonne, all at home; one brother, Joseph of Kitchener; one half-brother, William Krysko of Waterloo, and one half-sister, Mrs. Leonard (Mary) Hoch of Kitchener. The body is at the Gruhn funeral Home, where the rosary will be recited at 8 pm Sunday. Prayers at the funeral home at 8: 30 am, Monday, will be followed by requiem high mass at St. John's Church at 9 o'clock. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery. Rev. W. F. Gleason will officiate.

    STANLEY LEMANSKI

    Suffering a relapse after an illness of three weeks, Stanley Lemanski, 61, of 181 Victoria Street South, died last evening n St. Mary's Hospital. He was born in Germany but had lived here for 14 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart RC Church.

    Besides his wife Mr. Lemanski is survived by three sons, Albert and George of Kitchener and Anthony of Waterloo, six daughters, Mrs. John Powell, Mrs. Paul Lawrence, Mrs. Jeffrey McGuire, Mrs. Walter Lankowski and Misses Edith and Rose all of Kitchener, his mother, Mrs. Eva Lemanski of Kitchener, two sisters, Mrs. Frank Bolltaky and Mrs. Lawrence Simon, both of Kitchener and six grandchildren.

    The funeral will be held at nine o'clock Monday morning from his late residence, 183 Victoria Street South, to Sacred Heart Church. Interment will take place in Mont Hope RC Cemetery.

    Mrs. Julia Lemanski - Mrs. Julia Lemanski, 81, of 33 DeKay St., died today at her home after a six-month illness. Born in Poland, Feb. 11, 1877, she was a daughter of the late Matthew Rejesefski and Catherine Olinsky. She came to Canada at the age of seven. She was a member of Sacred Heart RC Church and the League of the Sacred Heart. Her husband, Stanley Lemanski, predeceased her 19 years ago. Surviving are three sons, Albert of Kitchener, Anthony of Waterloo and George of Vancouver; five daughters, Mrs. Geoffrey (Marie) Maguire, Mrs. John (Gertrude) Powell, Mrs. Walter (Marguerite) Lankowski and Mrs. Alfred (Rose) Hergott, all of Kitchener, and Mrs. Earl (Clara) Welch of Galt; one brother, Michael Rejesefski of Kitchener; 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Prayers will be said at the Gruhn Funeral Home Tuesday at 8: 30 am, followed by requiem high mass at Sacred Heart Church at 9 am. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home Monday at 8 pm.

Five sons predeceased Mrs. Lemanski. The body is at the Gruhn Funeral Home where the rosary will be recited Sunday at 8 pm.
