BAIROS, Angelo Braga (formerly of Santa Maria, Azores)

Passed peacefully at home, on Tuesday, April 26, 2005, at the age of 78. Beloved husband of the late Virginia Bairos (1990) and Virginia Figueiredo (2004). Loved father of Joe, Leontina Resendes (the late Joe 1988), Maria Gerhold (Wayne), Adriana Costa (Hello) and Tony (Maureen). Cherished grandfather of Natalie, Blair, Andy, Cory, Mark, Larry, Amanda, Teresa, Stephen, Jeffery, Sylvia, John, Jennifer, Tyler and Kyle. Much loved by his great-grandchildren; Sierra, Victoria, Vanessa, Austin, Gavin, Kira and Sebastian. Sadly missed by his brothers, sisters and step-sons. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where friends will be received today (Thursday) 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A rosary will be recited at the funeral home, Thursday evening, at 8: 30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial, will be celebrated at St. Ambrose RC Church, South and Chalmers Streets, Cambridge, on Friday, April 29, 2005, at 10 a.m., interment will follow at Mount View Cemetery.

Of I29 Lowrey Avenue South, Cambridge, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Monday, April 16, 1990, in her 68th year. Beloved wife of Angelo Bairos and dear Mother of Joe Bairos and his wife Tracy of Cambridge, Tina Resendes of Cambridge, Maria (Mrs. Wayne Gerhold) of Gravenhurst, Adriane (Mrs. Helio Costa) Cambridge and Tony Bairos and his wife Maureen of Waterloo. Dear sister of Tony Resendes of Cambridge, John Resendes of the Azores, Manuel Resendes of B.C. and Filomena Moura of Santa Maria, Azores. Also survived by fourteen grandchildren. Predeceased by two sisters; Maria and Emilia in 1988. Mrs. Bairos has been a resident of Cambridge, for the past 18 years. Resting at the CORBETT FUNERAL HOME, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, were friends will be received on Tuesday (today), 7 - 9 p.m. and Wednesday, 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held from St. Ambrose R.C. Church, on Thursday, April 19, 1990, at 11: 00 a.m. Interment, Mountview Cemetery, Cambridge.
