    At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Friday, January 11th, 1991, in his 80th year. Ward Ray of 21 Hillcrest Drive, Cambridge, beloved husband of Jennie Ray, dear father of Larry and his wife Pauline of Cambridge, Gwendolyn (Mrs. Charles Bard) of Guelph. Loved grandfather of Steve, Brian, Terry and Andy and great grandfather of Alexandria and Melanie. Dear brother of Lillian Hill of Rockwood. He was predeceased by one brother, Gordon. Mr. Ray owned and operated Ray Electric for over 60 years. He was a member of Avenue Road Baptist Church and formerly Delta Park Baptist Church, where he was a founding member. Friends will be received at LITTLES FUNERAL HOME, 223 Main Street East, Cambridge on Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be in the Funeral Home Chapel, on Monday, January 14th at 1: 30 p.m. Reverend Charles Tarry officiating. Interment, Mount View Cemetery.
